The Untitled Void presents New Year’s Resolution, featuring Billy Gibney, Filippo Cegani, Jack Shure, and Seong Keun Park, on view January 7–February 7, 2026.
The exhibition takes as its starting point the ways in which the four artists, each through a distinct approach, explore how images leave traces and come into being. Objects, religious symbols, personal memories, and remnants of desire—these varied sources of imagery—emerge within each artist’s paintings in new contexts, giving rise to new sensations.
Their works move beyond representation, revealing how layers of time, emotion, and order remain as form. In doing so, they suggest that an image is not a fixed meaning, but a mutable stratum of sensation—one that accumulates, shifts, and is continually generated anew. Although the four artists’ perspectives diverge, their works resonate with one another within the exhibition, opening space for viewers to reconsider their own time and memory.

디 언타이틀드 보이드는 2026년 1월 7일부터 2월 7일까지 Billy Gibney(빌리 기브니), Filippo Cegani(필리포 세가니), Jack Shure(잭 슈어), Seong Keun Park(박성근)이 참여하는 《New Year’s Resolution》을 선보인다.
본 전시는 네 명의 작가가 각기 다른 접근을 통해 이미지가 흔적을 남기고 생성되는 방식을 탐구하는 데서 출발한다. 사물, 종교적 상징, 개인의 기억, 욕망의 잔재와 같은 서로 다른 이미지의 원천은 각 작가의 회화 안에서 새로운 맥락으로 나타나며, 새로운 감각을 불러일으킨다.
이들의 작업은 재현을 넘어 시간, 감정, 질서의 층위가 어떻게 형상으로 남는지를 드러낸다. 이를 통해 이미지는 고정된 의미가 아니라 축적되고, 흔들리며, 계속해서 새롭게 생성되는 감각의 지층임을 암시한다. 네 작가의 시선은 서로 다른 방향을 향하지만, 전시 안에서 서로 공명하며 관람자가 자신의 시간과 기억을 다시 바라볼 수 있는 여지를 연다.
